CLS Outdoor Services recently installed 18,000 square feet of Synthetic Grass Warehouse’s Riviera Pro in a brand-new water park in Oxford, MS. Everlast Riviera Pro features a dual coloring of vibrant field green and lime green blade tones with tan and green thatch, and it has a pile height of 1.75 inches. With a 70-ounce face weight, it is ideal for moderate to heavy foot traffic where kids are at play. Its “M” grass blade shape and extremely strong polyurethane backing also make it ideal for applications that require durability. Riviera Pro is also manufactured with UV inhibitors for long-lasting color that won’t fade with extended exposure to sunlight. All synthetic grass products from SGW are non-toxic, lead-free, and will drain at a rate of more than 30 inches of rain per hour per square yard.

CLS Outdoor Services’ client was a luxury RV park and water resort seeking artificial grass landscaping that could stand up to Mississippi’s summer heat, kids at play, and constant water exposure without requiring extensive maintenance. CLS chose SGW Riviera Pro because it provided a vibrant pop of color for the luxury water park while offering ultra-efficient drainage that would keep the turf’s surface dry and safe despite the constant soaking. Since the water park planned to open its doors in time for summer, CLS had to contend with wet winter weather, which presented relentless challenges with sub-base compaction and installation.
