“During the installation, the client had concerns regarding the excavation grade. Our foreman addressed the issue promptly on-site and resolved it to the client’s satisfaction,” says Matlock. The client also requested metal edging that wasn’t originally in the project scope. “Our foreman quickly sourced the materials locally and completed the installation without delaying the project,” she adds. The finished landscape transformed the challenging hillside into a beautiful, usable space that enhances the home’s curb appeal while providing a safe, comfortable area for the family to enjoy year-round.
